Prime was already a good investment before Amazon, the world’s largest online retailer, started offering new services with it. Amazon Prime started as a way to get your packages faster and away from having to pay to have everything shipped to you. All you have to do is look for a Prime badge next to the price of an item.
That simple method of not paying for shipping has become a giant in its own right, easily competing with other subscription services. Instant video streaming, music streaming, and gaming discounts are just three of the great things unlocked when you have an Amazon Prime subscription.

Nowadays, it’s hard not to find someone who already has an Amazon Prime subscription. If you know someone who doesn’t have an Amazon Prime subscription, you can easily share yours. Here’s how to share Amazon Prime video and streaming with friends so they don’t have to pay extra for another subscription or you don’t have to pay for more than one subscription in your household.
before we start
Before you get started, it’s really important that you understand what Amazon Prime sharing means and what it doesn’t.
Amazon continues to offer Amazon Households. Essentially, the feature acts as glue by sharing some Amazon Prime benefits between the two accounts. Most people who use Amazon Prime to stream videos will recognize the name of the feature; The settings are also responsible for allowing children’s accounts to share streaming video and parents managing the media available to their children on their Kindle Fire tablets.
Enter the email address of the Amazon account you want to share your earnings with, and you’re almost ready to go. Amazon extends those benefits to secondary users, but also stipulates that users must share payment information if they really want to be able to order items with Prime Two-Day shipping, read Kindle books from their library, and view different types of content.
Since you’re sharing payment information, you really don’t want to share Amazon Prime with anyone you don’t implicitly trust with your information.
